I Will Sing You Songs
First found out about My Morning Jacket junior year of high school. I hadn't listened to them in a while since the other day and have been loving them again ever since. This was my favorite band for a while and tunes like this just hit home for me...

JORDY SMITH'S NEWEST MUSICAL PROJECT

Jordy Smith Vs. Goldfish - Flying Stealth
Hopefully this isn't "too generic" to get deleted... It's a collaboration between Jordy and South African Electronic sensation Goldfish.
"Wake yo' bitch-ass up, lucky charms. I like my fish wet and squirmy..."
Big Boi
Here's Big Boi's new single ft. George Clinton, Too $hort, and Sam Chris? on the hook. The Song is supposedly the first new single off the long awaited "The Road to Sir Lucious Left Foot the Son of Chico Dusty," which should come out now that Big Boi just signed to Def Jams. Enjoy!

Dilla X Zapp & Roger - Heartbreaker

Back in the 90s' when Dilla was with Slum Village he sampled Roger Troutman and Zapp's Heartbreaker, and released it as "Give This Nigga" on Slum V's 1996 release Fantastic Vol. 1. I love Dilla's touch on this one....check the original as well as the Dilla sampled version below... my jam

Colin Meloy Sings Country?
Colin Meloy has etched out a place in my heart as the mastermind of The Decemberists. Their recent trajectory has been towards the theatrical (their last album is in the form of a musical), but Meloy's first band was a much more folky. He released two albums with the band Tarkio and all of their songs are as good as this one.
